BMDC built the first-ever liquor store using Amazon’s Just Walk Out technology, coordinating complex technical infrastructure requirements highlighting BMDC’s ability to meet high technical demands and deliver on an accelerated timeline.

BMDC provided Construction Services to build the first-ever liquor store to utilize Amazon’s Just Walk Out technology. BMDC worked closely with the Amazon group for design and technical infrastructure requirements including local servers, camera suspension systems, and merchandise scales.

The project required creative problem-solving and intensive technical coordination, showcasing BMDC’s ability to manage innovative, high-performance retail environments.

BMDC was also able to meet Ownerships requirements of an expedited schedule in order to complete and open this facility on a specific timeline.
