Silverado Bellevue Memory Care Community
The 2-story, new construction facility features 30 units and a variety of shared common spaces and services for tenants.
BMDC provided construction services to build a 30 unit, with a mixture of private and semi-private units allowing for a total of 48 beds for memory care residents. This 24/7 assisted living facility consists of two stories, containing full-service dining rooms, beauty salon, therapy rooms, activity area and exterior courtyard and decks.
