BMDC created this first-generation space by running all plumbing and electrical systems within the +/- 3 foot foam filled slab overpour. Collaboration with the client and design team was essential in creating this custom, unique space.

The design of the coffee shop centers around celebrating the interaction between the barista and the guest, featuring an innovative 360-degree counter that engages customers in the brewing process from any angle, complemented by a clean white and blackened steel aesthetic and natural light flooding in through windows overlooking the patio and Seattle Center.
