BMDC built this ground-up modern six-story mixed-use development featuring 37 contemporary apartment homes, 2,100 square feet of prime commercial space, and secure below-grade parking for 15 vehicles. Designed for urban convenience and neighborhood vitality, this project blends stylish residential living with high-visibility retail in a thoughtfully crafted, architecturally refined building.
BMDC built this project on a site that required involved community involvement and logistics given is proximity and being placed on a Metro corridor that includes bus trolley lines. The subterranean construction included extensive shoring walls and below grade water proofing requirements. Thoughtful preconstruction coordination was required for the interior mechanical systems and building type separation.
