Beechers / sugar Mtn. Headquarters & test kitchen

BMDC transformed a former car dealership into the new headquarters and test kitchen for Sugar Mountain, blending commercial and residential cooking capabilities with restored timber elements and all-new MEP systems.

FeetBMDC provided construction services to create the new headquarters for the Sugar Mountain groupwhich includes Beechers Cheese, The Butcher’s Table among others. The test kitchen wasdesigned for both commercial and residential style cooking. This way they can create new receipesfor their restaurant locations but also test cook their line of frozen offerings. This former cardealership building has true 2x10 car decking and other large timber elements that we brought backto life. The build included all new mechanical, electrical and plumbing services and a type one hoodwith an exterior mounted grease shaft.
