Yesler Warehouse

BMDC provided construction services to renovate an existing bank vault warehouse building. The project consisted of new toilet rooms, break room, conference room and new demising walls. Existing vault rooms were transformed into leasable spaces for future tenants. BMDC also refreshed the large warehouse installing updated sprinkler system, electrical and HVAC equipment. New roll-up garage doors were installed along with updated exterior paint, landscaping and parking lot, which featured a new secure rolling security gate.
