Earth Funeral Group

BMDC provided construction services to build Earth Funeral Group’s first-of-its-kind, state-of-the-art human body composting facility. We converted a former aerospace manufacturing building into a highly specialized processing and complex plant designed to transform human remains into nutrient-rich soil. The project included the design and installation of extensive mechanical systems to accelerate the composting process, manage odors and waste, and support a fully carbon-neutral operation.
