The comprehensive office upgrade to their headquarters included structural reinforcements, new windows, and complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, audio-video systems and amenities as part of a larger adaptive re-use project for the former processing plant.

BMDC provided construction services to renovate the Ocean Beauty Seafood headquarters. The office space was stripped down to the studs and required structural reinforcements and all new exterior windows. Demising firewalls were erected, all new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and audio-video systems were installed. This was the first phase of a larger adaptive re-use project for the former processing plant. The state of the larger adaptive re-use project required intensive coordination with the City of Seattle and the Seattle Fire Department for inspections and occupancy requirements.
