King Leroy & Great State Burger

This fast-tracked six-week tenant improvement for Sea Creatures, transformed the existing Great State Burger space and launched the new King Leroy Bar & Restaurant in the heart of Seattle’s Amazon Campus.

BMDC provided Construction Services to the prolific James Beard winning restaurateur Sea Creatures for the Tenant Improvement project to renovate the existing Great State Burger and new King Leroy Bar & Restaurant. BMDC delivered this project in an expedited schedule of six weeks in an effort to minimize the disruption to the surrounding area.

The GSB+KL project was located in the Downtown Seattle Amazon Campus in a fully occupied building requiring close coordination with Property Management and the Ownership team. The build-out consisted of new exterior and interior signage. Custom fabricated indoor walk-up order window and order counter as well as custom built-in banquettes with intricately tufted seating. BMDC worked with Ownership to retrofit and install locally sourced vintage light fixtures and neon/illuminated signs throughout the space.

BMDC also commissioned a local artist to fabricate custom glitter wall paneling in both restrooms to enhance the Instagram moments of patrons.
