This extensive six-week remodel at University Village, delivered new interiors, exterior upgrades, and complex plumbing solutions within a sensitive, occupied environment.

BMDC completed an extensive remodel of Pasta & Co, featuring all-new casework, interior finishes, architectural steel elements, and updates to the exterior envelope. Working under a compressed six-week schedule in a sensitive, occupied environment, the project required off-hours work and close coordination with University Village site management. The renovation also involved complex plumbing solutions, including suspended systems installed within the crawl space, to meet the unique requirements of the space.
