Rockcreek Seafood and Spirits

A 100+ year-old structure was transformed into a fine dining restaurant with seismic upgrades, dual-level kitchens, and custom steel and patio systems to support both open-air and interior dining experiences.

BMDC provided MEP design build and general contracting services to construct this new fine dining restaurant space. Foundation and seismic upgrades were required to bring the 100+ year old structure to meet current building codes. Complex mechanical systems were installed to accommodate the downstairs kitchen and upstairs open air kitchen. An extensive steel package and patio paver system are included to made this amazing space come to life.
